1. Peel, wash, and cut the fruit into small pieces.
2. Place it in a bowl and drizzle it with lemon juice and its zest.
3. Divide the yogurt into two bowls, sprinkle it with oat flakes, and let it rest for 5/10 minutes before adding the fruit. This allows the flakes to soften slightly.
4. Decorate with mint leaves and a drizzle of honey.
5. Serve chilled.
Use available seasonal fruits for maximum flavor and freshness. Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are great for a sweet and tart twist, while banana and kiwi add a creamy texture.
Add crunch to your breakfast bowl with additions such as sliced almonds, chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds.
