Protein Bagel

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of PROTIPIZZA
  • 200 g Flour
  • 8 g Fresh yeast
  • 200 g Water
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 6 g Olive oil
  • 5 g Salt

Procedure

1. In a bowl mix the flour with PROTIPIZZA and add the yeast, water, sugar, salt and finally the oil until a homogeneous dough is formed.
2. Let it grow for about 2 hours at room temperature.
3. Make 6 balls and then make a hole in the balls with a ladle donuts.
4. Let the bagels grow for other 30 minutes.
5. Boil the bagels in a pot of water with a teaspoon of honey 30 seconds per side.
6. Drain the bagels and add sesame or poppy seeds to taste
7. Place them in a preheated oven at 200° for about 15 minutes.

Tip

For an even more protein-packed version, try light spreadable cheese and smoked salmon, or peanut butter and bananas for a sweet version.
