Ingredients

Procedure

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
2. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites to stiff peaks using an electric mixer or hand mixer.
3. In another bowl, mix the flour, vanilla instant oat powder, and baking powder (or baking soda).
4. Gently add the beaten egg whites to the mixture, stirring in low to high motions to keep the egg whites light.
5. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper, gently leveling with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes
6. Let the base cool completely before assembling. Once cooled, cut it open and insert the white Greek yogurt

Tip

Possibly add a layer of sugar-free jam or chopped fresh fruit on top of the Greek yogurt
You can experiment with different varieties of instant oat powder to vary the taste of the base. You can opt for chocolate, strawberry or caramel flavors to add a special touch.
