Fruit Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 300 g of ice
  • 80 ml milk
  • 200 g of fruit of your choice (e.g., bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mango)
  • 40 g of Iso Whey Premium
  • Sweetener of choice (e.g., stevia, erythritol, agave)

Procedure

1.  Place all ingredients in blender Add sweetener to taste.
2. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Tip

Use frozen fruit for an even creamier, milkshake-like consistency. This can also reduce the amount of ice needed. If you are lactose intolerant or prefer a vegan version, try almond milk, coconut milk, soy milk or any other plant-based alternative.
