Chocolate Balls

Procedure

1. In a bowl, mix together the instant oat powder, chocolate casein, iced coffee, low-fat yogurt, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Make sure you get a smooth mixture
2. With clean hands, take small portions of the dough and form round balls
3. Roll them in coconut flakes
4. Place the balls on a plate covered with baking paper and let them chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
5. Once the balls are cooled, you can serve them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a few days

Tip

If you want a sweeter taste, add a little sweetener such as stevia, honey or maple syrup. Be sure to balance the sweetness well so as not to make the balls too heavy. In addition to coconut flakes, you can also try coating the balls with other options such as cocoa powder, chopped dark chocolate pieces, chopped nuts or chia seeds
