Banana Bread with Salted Caramel

Procedure

1. Preheat the oven to 180°
2. Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them until soft.
3. Add the egg to the bananas and mix until blended
4. Then add the sugar-free maple syrup and all the other dry ingredients
5. Mix until the batter is smooth
6. Pour the batter into a lined baking pan and bake for 25 minutes

Tip

For extra crunch and extra healthy fats, add 30 g of chopped walnuts to the batter.
For a yummier version, add 50 g dark chocolate chips.
