1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth
2. Place the mixture into a microwave-safe container or an oven tray
3. Cook in microwave at maximum power for 3 minutes or bake in a static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes
4. Let the cake cool slightly, then cut it in half and fill with Greek yogurt
For an extra touch, you can add fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, or bananas to the Greek yogurt before filling the cake. You can also put a little sweetener or honey to make it even yummier.
