Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of your Self Instant Oat favorite flavor
  • 5 tablespoons of plant-based milk (or cow’s milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa chocolate drops, raspberries, strawberries, coconut oryour favorite fruit as Toppings

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients in a cup.
2. Bake in microwave at 700W for 2 minutes or in oven at 180°C for 10/12 minutes.

Tip

If desired, you can add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the freshly baked mug cake for an extra touch of indulgence.
