Procedure

1. Cook the oats in the almond milk over medium heat.
2. Add the vanilla protein powder and honey, and continue cooking until the desired consistency is reached.
3. Serve with diced apple.

Tip

Use a cooked apple for a sweeter oatmeal.
Add a pinch of cinnamon for a touch of flavor.
Garnish with chopped walnuts and extra honey.
