Protein Ice Pop
Ingredients
- 200ml milk (cow or vegetable)
- 1 scoop of protein powder (flavor of your choice, vanilla or fruit is fine)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 50g fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mango, etc.)
Procedure
1. In a blender, combine the milk, protein powder, banana, honey or maple syrup, and Greek yogurt.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add fresh fruit to the blender and blend lightly, leaving some pieces of fruit whole for a more interesting texture.
4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some room at the top for expansion during freezing.
5. Insert popsicle sticks.
6. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours or until the popsicles are completely solidified.
7. To easily remove the popsicles from the molds, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
8. Enjoy your refreshing and healthy protein ice pop!

If the fruit is very ripe, you may not need to add honey or maple syrup.
