1. In a bowl whip the white egg with a whisk or a whisk
2. In a separate bowl mix the yogurt, milk and coconut oil or butter (butter or oil optional)
3. Add the oatmeal, 00 flour and baking powder
4. Combine the white egg with the flour and the mix with the yogurt
5. Cook in the waffle maker. Combine in with some protein cream if you like
You can add dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts to the batter for a crunchy touch.
Serve the waffles warm with fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, or banana slices), a little honey or maple syrup, and some Greek yogurt for an extra touch of protein.
