Green Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of Natural Whey Protein
  • 250 ml coconut water

Procedure

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tip

Freeze the banana before using it in the smoothie. This will not only cool your smoothie, but also make the texture creamier without the need to add ice.
Experiment with different fruit combinations. For example, add a green apple for a touch of acidity or replace avocado with some mango for a tropical sweetness.
